Just completed EGR delete and now other issues... Help!

EGR delete and still have some issues.#1) Flushed cooling system and refilled with CAT coolant. Filled to just above fill level and drove 10 miles and still puked.... Maybe cap bad??? hopefully something simple and not HGs. #2) Had no heat in cab prior to delete and still have no heat.. #3) Truck runs rough at idle when it did not before. Kinda like a bad injector. Maybe loose injector or still some air in system? Any thoughts?

The proper revised fill level is at or below the min line. Check all your connectors, give the system time to work the air out, run it up to temp and slowly vent the degass bottle a few times. Make sure your heater valve is actuating.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Make sure this valve located over the right valve cover opens and closes when you move from cold to hot.....if you have one of course.....

You could very well be right about the air. Water level will fluctuate a bit with temps and elevation too, just keep a eye on level over time.

I did my coolant flush a month ago and thought I had worked all the air out of the system. A few days ago I'm at the gas station and while checking the oil, I notice there's almost no coolant in the degas bottle. I remove the top slowly and while unscrewing it, felt a huge pressure 'bubble' surge out the cap and the coolant popped up to nearly the normal level within a few seconds. Seems to take a while for these trucks to do a complete purge.
