po275 code?

i got an 03 f350 and i noticed a hesitation and sputter everyonce and awhile and today i went out and it wouldnt start after third crank it fired up acted like a cylinder wasnt fireing and now i got a p0275 code i run diesel supplement in my truck every time i fill up and had a new injector wireing harness last march could my glow plugs be bad?? it still has full power just misses wevery once and awhile

Do you have a monitor? This is a #5 contribution/balance fault. Does it smoke, shudder at highway speed, rough idle?

it does every once and a great while... doesnt smoke but twice this week it wouldnt start after the third time cranking it it fires right up and runs fine after that
