Low Boost Pressure
I cant get over 23psi boost, just bought the truck and it already had mods done. what should the boost pressure be? Runs around 10psi at 70mph

2004 4" straight pipe exhaust, cold air intake, bully dog module, aftermarket turbo. Not sure what brand the turbo is, I bought the truck with all this done to it already. Also has egr delete and boost and pyro gauges
