Question.. might know answer. just want 2nd opinion. Power steering pump noise.?

Alright, immediately after starting my truck i get a decently loud power steering pump whine/grumble for about 8 seconds, then it goes away. Also after hitting any medium sized bump in the road i immediately hear noise from the power steering pump. And.... after running the truck for awhile fully warmed up, you can hear the power steering Pump just sitting at idol. So... this may be a dumb question.. but i thinking its safe to assume it is time for a Power steering pump. 118,000 miles on original pump. sound about right?

just double check and make sure your fluid level is topped off. if so than yea safe bet that your pump is at its end

Yeah sorry i didn't post that before, power steering fluid is full, and i actually flushed/replaced the fluid about 8 months ago.
