Do it the old fashioned way and use water.
Get your engine hot and then comes the fiddly part.
Your V8 engine has 8 cylinders - 4 right and 4 left.
You have 4 injectors per bank.
Spray water onto the exhaust manifold aiming at each individual exhaust port.
If you have an injector either completly down or intermittant then that exhaust port will be cooler than the rest.
A good firing cylinder will produce massive heat and when that water hits, it will vaporize straight away - steam and then gone.
The cylinder that is not firing properly will not be as hot and the water will not vaporize as quick.
Thats the cylinder to go for.
This only proves a cooler cylinder and this may not be the actual injector itself.
You are aware that this engine is electronic and relies on a wiring loom under then rocker cover.
A bit of advice here but if you find a cool bore do not immediatly blame the injector.
They are expensive so check the loom with a continuity meter fist to make sure your connections are good.
