Thinking EGR/OIL cooler issue

I have an 05 F250 4X4 Lariat with 127,000 on it. Only mods are K&N cold air and Sugerchips Flashpaq. So far my issues are dropped mileage, had a coolant leak last week, when I get on it I'll hear a whistling coming from behind the dash (its not a turbo whistle) and the brake peddle gets spungy. Plus it does not have the power it used to. I just did a 2200 mile run up north and back. I avg 13 MPG. Used to get 18-19.
I'm thinking of upgrading the EGR/OIL cooler.
Any suggestions?

You need a monitor....Overhead computer Fix - Easy and it works
Sounds like your degass bottle is venting.....egr cooler failure, coolant bottle overfull, or blown head gaskets.
