first tip is don't type in CAPS

makes it a bit.ch to read

I would get a pressure gauge tee'd inline to the degas bottle and see if the psi spikes

how New is the Used motor ? what year is on the valve cover pass side ?

Bad coolant bottle cap (seems you already tried)
Ruptured EGR cooler (you have an EGR delete so it is not the cause)
Bad Head Gaskets (im afraid 99% this is your issue)

Those three symptoms are what cause coolant to puke...
I would get exhaust in coolant test strips and test the coolant in your bottle, that will tell you if HG are blown

IDK....

I have never used them but they are most popular and can be found in most Auto supply stores (Napa)

I would triple check as they are less expensive then starting to throw parts at it!

Nobody asked this and it is very possible. How high are you filling the coolant level in the degas bottle? The new revised MAX line is about 1/4"-1/2" below the OLD MIN line. If you over fill it - it can cause it to puke coolant.
