P0281: Cylinder #7 contirbution/balance

P0197: Engine Oil Temp Sensor Circuit Low Input

P0683: Glow Plug Control Module to PCM Communication Circuit

P1000 is basically that the truck was not running long enough to run all the tests, not a big deal.

It seems you have an electrical gremlin somewhere in your electrical system.

Yup time to break out the dvom a good flashlight and the wireing schematics and chase them gremlins. Pesky little things can cause all kinds of havoc in a electrical system.

Your injector may not be bad it may not be getting a signal from the ficm to work [wireing or FICM problem]
You could have striction issues [spool valve sticking due to a hp oil problem] Only proper testing will tell.
