Need to have it checked for codes, have a buzz test done and a power balance test. Does it get better as it warms up or is it there all the time?

Yeah auto enginuity does all that stuff. It's about $400 with the Ford expansion pack, but is about as good as it gets without having the actual dealer IDS software.

Fords IDS is thousands of dollars. Just google autoenginuity with ford expansion pack.
