Loss of Power

i have a 03 and i was driving it down the road today and the truck would not go over 60 mph. it will not pull a hill. The truck idle and sound just fine. any suggestion, thanks

Any codes, check engine light, turbo spooling up?

Don't know about codes but no light no smoke. I can here the turbo spolling at idle

You need to have it scanned and a datalog run.
It could be a air leak to the turbo or the pcm could have you in limp mode.
Need the scan information to tell for shure.
