Ahh so you made it all the way to AF11
So you're on pin 9 (red wire) of the black GPCM connector. With the key on, no voltage is present?
The PCM power relay controls this circuit so it needs to see the ignition on before voltage will be provided. This circuit is also shared with the MAF sensor, IPR, EGR and fan clutch so if voltage is present at all of those components then it only stands to reason there's a wiring concern. You may want to inspect for a break right at the connector where the wire is crimped into the pin. The GPCM wires are stressed pretty good and make a hard turn into the connector
