long story short got really bad load of fuel little over a year ago started losing mpg's and power replaced batteries,fuel pump/filters,injectors,updated o-rings,and now had ficm rebuilt by ficmrepair today started right up no problems drove it 10 miles and it took a few cranks to start again and is now running rough while idleing and still have horrible mpg's 5 down from when i first bought the truck and i have 2 code p0282 injector circuit low p0284 contribution/balance both on cylinder 8

You need to start with this.......Write Up: Monitoring the 6.0L PSD.
It could very well be a single injector that is bad.

found that the conector for the number 8 injector was loose truck runs great now and getting 16.9 mpg on stock setting
