no start no voltage at ficm

i need help asap !!! I just replaced the icp due to no starts. I had tested the ficm a few weeks ago and had 48 volts all the time. I got everything back togther and the injectors will not fire. i hear no clicking like before and i checked the voltage at the ficm and had NOTHING !! zero volts !! Any ideas on what it could be ??? And yes i have checked all under the dash fuses and the 15 amp mini fuse under the hood. The fuses are fine

Check the batteries yet? Do you have a monitor or any way of monitoring live data?

Make sure your ficm plugs clicked. You need a monitor.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Without a monitor system or a scanner your just shooting up in the tree hopeing something good will fall out. You can spend big $ that way.

If your not getting 12vlt to the ficm you won't get anything out. Also there is a ficm relay and several fuses involved. By the same token if the pcm doesn't see a 500 psi icp reading it will not start either even if the ficm was working.
