Many new parts, still low boost????

Good Morning,

Been awhile since I've posted, have a bit of an issue... new parts as follows:
1. powermax turbo
2. IPR, ICP, EBP,
3. FICM
4. stand pipes and dummy plugs
5. STC fitting on HPOP
6. fuel pressure spring update, 6.4 banjo bolts
7. Good batteries
8. new regulator and brushes on alternator (was giving good numbers before, just replaced because the price was right)
updated oil feed and drain lines, new pigtails where neccessary
9. I know this is not the best, running and EDGE Juice w/ Attitude.

Truck has 185K miles, blew the IPR and FICM last month, went ahead and replaced everything, I get good injector click, problems is there is huge turbo lag, very little power(same deal with the stock turbo thats why I replaced it), some sputtering from the exhaust(straight piped)... I got beat by a stock RAM 1500 with the 360, not even a HEMI ANY INSIGHT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! THANKS, hopefuly someone can get me in the right direction...

I've heard MAP sensor tube may be clogged

Map sensor tube; ebp tube either can plug. Egr valve sticking; IAT 1&2 sensors; Maff all can cause less than optimal fuel strategies. The PCM polls all of those sensors to determine its fuel strategy.

Vgt solenoid? Does the turbo seem to spool up and down smoothly with demand?

Low pressure oil system up to snuff Min 45 psi 60 avg. The vgt is activated by the low pressure oil pump oil.
