Crank and No Start - In the Morning

So I searched and printed out a bunch of stuff to test etc, I just wanted to post to see if anyone else has some fresh insight.

New Batteries
58v Swamps FICM.

If I go out in the morning (not plugged in) and its 50F out she will just crank and no start. I KOEO for about 30s before I try to start, crank for about 15s nothing, repeat, give up take car to work.

The other day I had it plugged in, same issue.

I ordered new Glow Plugs, but further research shows this might not be the issue.

If I go home today at lunch time and try to start it up, she will come to life smooth as can be. The delta T will be no more than 10F so its not like its significantly warmer outside.

Oh and I am new here

What oil do you run, do you have motorcraft filters and matching caps. Do you have a monitor?

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Its T6 rotella. I am just about to do an oil change this weekend to a MC filter and I am unsure if the cap is Ford (new to me truck).

I have a monitor for my PC is 24"

I have gauges etc, but no HPOP gauge. I just replaced the IPC sensor and pigtail as the last one was poorly done.

Did you replace the batts, at the same time as the ficm. You should monitor ficm while cranking. Are you getting smoke when cranking? Can you pull codes?
