Busted aftermarket oil cooler hose: Can anyone identify it???

I bought my '06 6.0 KR PSD with this cooler already on it and not sure what brand it is. I'm guessing it's an aftermarket oil cooler? I've never seen another one like it, it's mounted all the way in front of the radiator and intercooler just behind the grille. It has a hose that comes off each side and runs up by the turbo. The passenger side hose busted a hole in it and the truck leaked out ALL the oil onto the ground and all down the passenger side and then the engine shut off. I tried to upload pics but it didn't work, I can email them if someone would like to see them and help out. Anyone know a better hose that I can use so this doesn't happen again? This one has flared fittings on each end, is about 3/4" diamater rubber hose with a black cloth braiding around it - with a huge hole in it, lol.
