Question 2004 F350 6.0 power problems

I suspect the turbo charger is out and I need to know step by step on how to replace it . Due to paying a high repair bill. I no longer have the funds to take the truck to the dealership for repairs. I have work on older trucks but never diesel engines.
This was after taking my truck to a Ford dealer. The truck would just idol and would not accelerate. The dealership charge me over $ 10,000.00 for repairs. They replaced the fuel module and preformed an inter cooler repair. Also the dealership work on the turbo, we got the truck out of the shop and it had no power. We took took the truck back to the dealership and they said we need to replace the turbo charger at an additional cost of $ 3,000.00. The turbo was working fine untill they work on the turbo. I had some bad phone calls with the dealership and they will no longer help me. I really feel we were taken advantage of this situation since we were broke down out of town.
Are these cost justified?

You need to call ford corporate headquarters, you got robbed. Do you have diagnostic/repair paperwork? You need a monitor like edge cts or scanguage to diagnose whats going on.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.
