12/2003 FORD F250 6.0 LOW HIGH OIL PRESSURE

HAD MINE SCANNED AND THE HIGH OIL PRESSURE STAYS AROUND 650 PSI AT ALL TIMES. COULD THIS BE A LEAK OR BAD HPOP? HAS NO POWER OVER1500-1800 RPM.

Is it kicking out any codes?
Also really need to post the IPR % if that is high than you may be right pump or leak
Take note if a steady % or not

The 2003 had a problematic hpop, may very well be your issue.

you can throw a IPR at it, how many miles on it and how well was it maintained?
