Oil analysis?

Just added Rev-X w/ last oil change, bought the analysis kit and took a sample of the used (pre Rev-X). Just got the report back and it says to check the air intake system because the silicone level appears high which shows excessive dirt in the engine. I run Rotella T6 w/Motorcraft filter, Banks Ram Air intake. Oil is changed every 4000 miles . Any help as to what I should be looking for is appreciated. I have found no leaks around any of the boots.

Well here the short of it: There is nothing better than the Donaldson air filter truck came with PERIOD. It will hold almost 5lbs of dirt and still meet air flow demand, one of the best filters ever produced for a vehichle.
Does it flow as much as the aftermarket ones: (no)but it will flow enough for 500 hp on a 6.0.

I bought a S&B intake and took it off and put back on my factory set up after learning how big of a mistake it was. So hopefully you still have the Donaldson ( Put it BACK)

thx for the insight. I still have the original so I'll try that and see how the next sample turns out.

Check out the Power Core air filter by Donaldson. It's layered, fluted filter media, which allows air to enter an open flute while forcing it out an adjacent flute, allowing only clean air into the engine. 99.95% effective.
