DO I NEED HEAD GASKETS AND STUDS

I have a 2006 f-250 6.0 and the other day it started blowing steam out the exhaust. I drove it about 5 miles like that and parked it and have not run it since. I have talked to a few mechanics and shops and most of them say that i did not drive it long enough to damage my head gaskets. That I just need to do the egr delete and oil cooler and it should be fine. What do you all think.

Good place to start but no way to really tell if the tty bolts stretched till you replace your egr cooler/ delete it and oil cooler.
