WTF.. Just bought 06 PSD F250 Ticking noise

I just bought this this truck -2006 F250 6.0 PSD- Got it home and after a couple days it starting making this noise. Here the uploaded video

Please help, I don't know if I should keep driving it, or send it to the wrecker?

What's the outside temp in video? is the truck cold?

About 40 degrees. And yes the truck is cold. I changed the oil, put a new coolant cap on it. Its leaking a little coolant still. But that noise sound bad.

Possibly the stc fitting knocking at rear of the block?? ??
