Blown Turbo- Upgrade?

Just today I opened up my 05' on the highway just to hear a loud pop/implosion noise and watch my turbo psi gauge drop to 0. It is in the shop waiting diagnosis but I can almost guarantee its my turbo. Since I might have to replace it I was thinking of getting an aftermarket instead of factory. As a daily driver towing only once in a long while and driving between dallas and austin once every month, I want to know what would be best for me. I know smaller turbo will spool faster but a larger one will provide more power? I really would just like an "all around" performance enhancing turbo. I am also looking into getting a SCT custom tuner to deal with the computer side of things. Thoughts?

F250 King ranch- 4" magnaflow turbo back strait- BANKS cold air intake-BANKS RAM intake manifold- 8" PRO COMP stage XX (dual coil over) Lift--37" BFG AT-APR Studs & Delete--replaced high pressure oil-suncoast torque converter--powermax turbo(stage1)
Looking too add--- SCT with Insight--injectors--any other bulletproofing strategies...NEED ADVICE (Especially where to get my tunes) (I am mechanically inclined but new to doing things myself so I would love easy upgrades to do for experience)
