Glow plugs??

I have a 2006 6.0L and it's saying my glow plugs are bad. How hard of a job is this to do?

How many miles are on the engine? Finding it hard to believe they are all bad, how about controller? Have you tested how many amps each bank is drawing or each one?

IIRC 10-12 amps each use a amp guage on harness going to each one, my guess is your not going to see power going to the glow plugs if none are working. What are the odds, right?

If you check each bank if one side has lower draw then the lower amp side is going to have a bad glow or more, and it is 10-12 amps.

Track down fuse for the glow plug control module and make sure it's powering up. It is pcm controlled.

You have to disconnect the entire rail to get to them, once you do that it takes a socket to back them out. Should not be to tough
