Thumping noise in engine 6.0 diesel HELP!!!

Gentleman I want to start by saying that it is an honer to receive help from you guys.

I have a 2005 Ford F-250 Harley Davidson with 55K and every time that I accelerate and then let go of the gas I hear a thumping noise. The noise is heard immediately as I let go of the gas. Ive taken it to the dealer and they don't know what it is ! Can you please help?

check the fly wheel or maybe a flat spot on the belt? or the tensioner

Is it after a hard acceleration only or all the time?

Only after a hard acceleration. could it be the Turbo?

thats what i was thinking, but you never know with out having a real good description. hopefully he will chime in soon and be able to better describe it.
