03 f350 6.0 blows ignition control fuse
normal driving it just stalled and would not restart. poked around in the fuse box to find a blown fuse. tried replacing it but it blew immediately. I took it in for service and after numerous diagnosis they relaced the injection control pressure regulator (IPR) and test drove. I picked it up today and got about 10miles and the same darn thing happened again.
I have had the truck for about 9 months and the only condition I can think of is that im operating my truck in extreme heat for the 1st time and running the A/C at max. I rarely use the A/C especially on max. any ideas what could be causing this? just trying to find some ideas from others experiences. |
