Truck won't start! Stuck at a kangaroo!

Hey y'all. My 6.0 is stuck at a kangaroo until i get it towed/fixed asap. Seems like cars only break down on sundays!

Anyways, it has been hesitant to start all day, and now it cranks but never starts.

It also threw several codes:

P0405 (egr malf.) (i have the egr deleted)
P0403 (egr malf.)
P0603 (Keep Alive Memory)
P1000 (Monitor testing incomplete)

I set the ECU back to stock with my SCT but it still wouldn't crank. Also on the SCT under vehicle info the SCT doesn't pull the VIN or any other info from the ecu.

Check your PCM fuses and relay sounds like you may not be communicateing from the pcm
