new injectors failed ?

hi, Im new to this forum so hi to everybody... but here is my problem, just bought a 04 f350 w/ a 6.0 that starts a little hard when cold but doesn't have any power till it warms up .took it to a dealer to diagnos (?) it .. he told me the 1,2,5 injectors were bad or going bad so I changed all 3 . First 1 and 5, then I started it up let it run for a little . then changed 2 injector .. put everything together and tryed to start it and after a long while it did start but ran terrible took it for a ride (missing badly) about 5miles no help
any ideas, sure could use some help!!

What is your FICM voltage? Do you know what your fuel pressure is?

Start with the causes of Injector failure, FICM voltage and Fuel Pressure?

You may have just killed new injectors, or something wasn't reinstalled correctly.

Why did you do 2 injectors, then the third?

For the FICM: Something is not right with those numbers, what are you getting those from?

You need to get a fuel pressure gauge/reading, it should be between 45-75psi.
