Engine vibration/hum

I recently tuned my truck with a hypertech max engery to stage 1. After about 300 miles on the highway i noticed a hum and vibration coming from then engine when i pulled off to get fuel. Its only at low rpm and speed or idle. After about 55 mph or 2000 rpm it goes away. I've programmed the truck back to stock but its still doing it. Any ideas?

Check your turbo mounting bolts, there is a tsb for that.

Kind of. Turns out one of the clamps for the downpipe had come loose and got wedged betweet the frame. It still runs rough when I first start it up. I took it to the dealership to get re-flashed but it didn't seem to help.
