Hi guys. New to the site, hoping someone can help me out.
Here's what I have....2005 f350 6.0 140k miles
Last week she started to give me trouble starting when hot....would crank a lot longer than normal but would finally catch.
Did a lot of reading on this site, and everything pointed to the STC fitting, stand pipes and D-plugs. So trying to catch it before it really became a problem I tore it down and replaced with the updated STC fitting, stand pipes and D-plugs. While I was in there I decided to keep going and did an egr delete and replaced the oil cooler as well.
After getting her all buttoned up, cranked for a while to prime everything and she started up and sounded good. Everything looks good, drives great! Shut her down, now she won't start AT ALL when hot. Before i touched it it was just a hard long crank hot start. Let cool down for a couple hours, will fire right up no problem.
Any ideas on what could be causing this.... I'd appreciate it
