2003 6.0l putting out greyish smoke that smells like lighter fluid

i have a 2003 6.0l that is putting out a greyish smoke when im in 3rd or 4th gear around 35mph the truck will start cutting out till i stand on it it blowss grey smoke and takes off cold or warm it does this anyone have any ideas im about to install a oil cooler and egr delete just wondering if this will fix it if something else is going on

I'm not too sure about the lighter fluid smell. White smoke is water, blue/grey smoke is usually fuel. I without knowing any other details, my guess would be an injector issue.

I was thinkin the same thing I'm not loosing any coolant was kind of wondering if it was a turbo sylonoid
