'07 6.0 low injector control pressure when warm

I have a 07 6.0 that won't start once it is warm anymore. At first start up I get about 700psi icp at 25% duty cycle on ipr. Once the truck is warm it only produces about 180psi at 85% duty cycle. The truck runs perfectly fine until you turn it off and then will not make enough pressure to pop the injectors. Is my hpop bad or is there something else that might cause this? Thanks guys.

High pressure oil leak. The snap-to-connect fitting on the back of the high pressure pump is a common cause. So are the oil rail dummy plug o-rings and sometimes even the standpipe o-rings get worn
