Motor noise coming through speakers

05 6.0, just had head gasket replaced and head studs. Has 2 amps for subs and highs, web you turn the key on noise comes through the speakers. When I give it gas it comes through more. It even does it when the radio is off. Also, the miles on the odometer stay on 24/7, I'm guessing it's not supposed to do that. Any suggestions?

I would recheck that you hooked all the grounds up make sure both batteries are fully charged then next step would be to have alternator tested that us where I would start
