6.0 long cranking, rough idle, stalls when gave throttle

hi i got a 06 6.0 with 200,000km on it. this spring it started to buck at highway speeds, then slowly bucking and missing anything over 1800 rpm as time went on. then within the past month it started blowing lots of black smoke at low rpms. 2 weeks ago it started blowing white and black smoke at low rpm then once at 2500 rpm and higher it would clean up. i was told that it was a stuck injector and they told me too take my filter cap off and pour straight injector cleaner through it. today i went out too start it and it took prob 6 seconds to start... rough idle... then soon as i gave it throttle it would stall. i did all the filters in it and always ran cleaner through my fuel. any help would be fine. thanks
