06 6.0 forced idle

i have a 06 6.0 with a few codes that i cant shake, 2138, 2139,2140 i changed the pedal assembly and it went away for a few months now is coming back randomly, i traced the harness as far as i could after putting the new pedals in and didnt notice any thing out of the normal, but like i said it will work great for a few weeks then have days were i cant go farther than a mile without it getting a voltage correlation, any advice??
