Cabin air filter

So has anyone changed the cabin air filter? It kind of looks like it is a pain to change.

If you can take a picture of this particular cabin air filter, I would really love to see it.

Cause there isn't one in these trucks.

You are correct. No cabin air filter.

On the 7.3s there was a kit so you could install one, but wasn't an original option.

How would you know if someone bought the option? I was wondering also because my 02' doesn't seem to blow very hard.

Mine doesn't either. I don't have a filter though. One day I'll pull it all apart and see what the problem is. It may be just old
To find out if it has the kit you pull it apart and look for a filter.

@jesilvas.. I think the coil might be dirty as you said it is 10 years old. Also I might need to paint it white or silver verses black! It's been 114 in the sun here in TX!
