trucks just ate its 2nd new injector any suggestions?

Hello guys i just got done doing a top end up refresh on my 05 6.0. while apart i sent my working injectors to warrens diesel to be gone threw an bumped to stock plus size. Now the truck is back together i fired it and got a rough idle an code p0284. So i called warren, shock that an injector had failed but they still next dayed an injector to me. i get the injector installed fire it up truck idles great, take it for a spin an the truck seams ok till the first time i got into it, i got a cloud of black smoke and now have rough idle an code p0278cyl #6 contriution/balance same code as before but now but different cyl#. Any suggestions?
the truck has had the blue spring in it for about 1500 miles the ficm was just at ficm repair and got a super clean bill of health from ed. fresah oil oil filters and fuel filters. i really dont have the heart to call Jessie at warren an tell him this bad news as hes been a stand up guy from day one but i am stumped. HELP ME PLEASE?

I got a solid CLIcK out of the plugs when they went in. How do I test the harness?

Wiggle it while it's running, no real good way of doing it unfortunately. Best to check real close for chaffing.
