No idea??? Please help

I have a 03 6.0 studded, deleted, new oil cooler, 4 in mrbp exhaust and a air raid intake. Well my issue is that when I start the truck in the morning on the first start it runs real rough sometimes it will die so i took it to Ford today bo codes other than egr codes ficm is at 48 volts across the board. I also noticed that when i let off the throttle when cruising the rpms will drop to 1000 and stay there till I start breaking its kinda wired. Any help is greatly appreciated

I'm not sure. I know my FICM checked out okay (48 volts) but it turned out to be the cause of my hard starts and running rough. I didnt have the 1000 RPM symptoms though. Maybe someone with some more experience will step in. Good luck!
