Fuel injector bad??

How would one know if they have a bad fuel injector?

My truck runs fine, starts fine, sounds fine. But my mileage has gone down in the last couple years, and sometimes it seems underpowered (but that could be me being paranoid).

you should start with monitoring your 6.0 there are stickies on this with lots of info. With a monitor you are able to pull codes.

Edit: Geez now i see you have a monitor, I would check fuel pressure also.

Unfortunately had to Sell my ......2004 KR CC SWB FX4 - Edge insight cts, blue spring upgrade, updated HFCM drain plug, XDP coolant filter, CAT EC-1 rated coolant, Custom Diesel EGR delete, CAT delete, Rotella T6

Yes on the 6.0L with injectors that may not be 100% you can see a decrease in fuel economy and power.

Seems like on the early models those would actually be the symptoms.

Late models would start missing and causing hard starts.
