SLIGHTLY BAD ACCELERATION AND LOW MPGS

I have a 06 f-250. It idles fine but when you are accelerating between around 40 on up the tach seems to have a little hesitation to it. Like you can see it have a little bounce to it. And feels like it has a little hesitation and lacking some power. Im also getting around 8-10 mpg average city highway mixed and I dont drive it hard all the time just every now and then. What are some things it could be or that I should check.

Thanks.......

i almost willing to bet that it is a injector issue.... the #4 is common to go out. i just last year had the exact same problem and found it was the injector and replaced the whole bank since i was in there and wont have to worry about that side for quite sometime now or ever. run some deiselkleen and try that and see if it improves it did me but it was a temp. fix.
