I am haveing a problem with my truck bucking on hills especially pulling my trailer. At the same time I get black smoke out of the exhaust pipe and I have a check engine light. I put a code reader on it and it it comes up with p1404 iat -Bcircuit malfunction egr position closer performance.Can someone tell me what this means and how can I fix it.
