HELP!!! Is my Engine toast or just bad cap?

Hey guys popped my hood this morning and got to see a nice amount of coolant crap all over my hood intake block and coolant resevior clearly coming from the cap. Is there anything I can check to know if my head gaskets are going? Running looney wild tune and I drive the truck hard. Head studs were done at dealership at 55,000 miles truck is sitting at 80,000 miles now. Not sure if they did oil cooler when they did studs. Just wondering if it is just my cap or is it huge pressure and how I can test it. I'm running an edge insight and my deltas are never more then 10. Usually idle both around 190 and highway cruising around 194.
