Question wont start cold.

i have a 04 f350 6.0l 144k on it. not sure of vehicle history only owned it for 6 months. It will not start when cold. even when temp is in the 60s in the am and when it barley starts at 5pm and the temp is 90s it runs very ruff for about 30 seconds. i have to plug it in for atleast an hour for it to start. If i dont plug it in it will sometimes start run very ruff for a few seconds then die. The check engine light dosent ever come on and the light is working. If i put my sct and scan tool it there are codes for #1 -#8 cylinder injector ckt low. Plus #7 contribution balance. and internal control module keep alive memorey error. also a turbo boost control A performance. A few days ago it had a ignition cam sensor fault. With the truck on performance witch i normaly dont run it lacks power but blows black smock like normal. on street it seems okay. i put it back to stock and it still blows alittle black smoke from idle goosed alittle. iam thinking that it if the FICM or that wiring harness. Any help would be great. I fear injector problems or worse...
