Oil Filter Drain Valve Clogged

I went to change the oil in the truck before leaving on vacation tomorrow and when i removed the filter the housing was draining very very slowly (about an hour to drain it). The valve is opening and closing so I assume its clogged somewhere in the line. I tried a little compressed air but had no luck.
I had no choice but to put it back together with new oil and worry about it next oil change.

(Using stock filter cap and filter)

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Do i need to take it all apart and clean it or is there some easier way?

Thanks
