truck won't start but cranks

i just got a 6.0 and it sat in my drive way after the guy delivered it i was out of town so idk what was going on but i try to start and it just cranks i have gas and batteries are fine when i put key in to let plugs warm up i don't have a check engine light like I'm supposed to some one don't me to change around the relays user steering wheel so i did that and still no start PLEASE HELP

First let me say that I hope you mean that it has diesel fuel, not gas. Assuming that is correct, if you don't have oil pressure or if your high pressure oil pump is bad, you can crank that thing forever and it won't start.

yes there is diesel in there and when i power it on should the oil gauge move? because neither the oil gauge or tachometer move.

Oil gauge shouldnt mobe until you start cranking. After a second or two oil gauge should pop up.
