Low power and loss of coolant with trailer PLEASE HELP

had ARP studs, head gaskets egr cooler done a while back...towed a 20k regularly...this time i head a loud turbo whistle, and a lack of power and my coolant went in the red zone i have banks IQ with 4' turbo back...04 6.0...any help will be great....

did you replace the oil cooler when the other work was done? gauges? temps? delta? give more info and someone here will try to help

sorry forgot password....its doing both, the resiviour was completely empty...it was steady around 29-28 psi....i decided to do an egr delete from bullet proof diesel... i also found a turbonetics stage 1 turbo..will that be ok for towing...EGTS were around 12-13
