Electrical issues!?
Hey I have an '04 f-350 lariat 4x4. I had a battery terminal that was very corroded so I replaced it. When I did I accadentally arced the positive lead to the frame. Now my AC does not work( blows just not cold), I have a battery light on, and my ABS light is on. The truck wont start once it sits a while. i kind of think that its the alternator, but really not sure Help!!!
