Problems with turbo after oil & egr cooler install.
I installed a new oil cooler, egr cooler, blue spring upgrade, new intake gaskets and any other gasket that is required doing such a job. After I was done and took the truck for a ride I had no boost. After a few minutes the turbo finally kicked in but just didn't seem right. I also noticed a whine coming from the turbo area and I also now have a code P0132B. Before I replaced the coolers I had no CEL and the truck and turbo were fine. I also have a noise coming from the turbo area that sounds like a hissing noise but it comes and goes while it's idling and driving. Anyone have any ideas?

is your up pipe aligned correctly? I'd check that as it's pretty common for do it yourselfers to not align it properly where it connects into the turbo.

I did have trouble aligning the up pipe. Tomorrow I am going to loosen the turbo bolts and try to align it again.
