Missing at 30mph No Code Present

The other day i had a miss at a idle and found a exhaust clamp at the turbo loose and solved that problem. But now i have a miss around 30 mph every once in awhile. At the time engine temp was low yet, started and drove a few miles when it did it. Just changed oil and fuel filters few days before, and this is the first time ive noticed it.
I was thinkin icp but not sure

Stock engine with tuner set on lowest setting.

Any ideas or pointers of what i can look for or check out.

I'm having the same issues. Let my truck warm up in the mornings a d it seems to be completely warm then arond 2000 rpm mainly around 30 mph it starts to miss. Well today I was almost home and it felt like I lost 4 cylinders. Barely ran the rest of the way home 1 mile. Turned it off. Waited 20 min then it took a second to start but it started and ran ok around the block. I dunno what's goin on

Check your ficm voltages. My truck did some wierd stuff like random misses and stalling right before the ficm failed.
