where can the oil

Yesterday while driving the ABS and engine light came on I just checked the oil in my 04 6L and see that it is over full and the water level hasn't dropped . I don't see that the oil is milky ? Where could the extra oil come from ??

Does oil float above fuel like it does water?

I see the trany fluid is down also could that get in the engine ?
