2007 pwr.stoke dually problem

Hi All, New guy with a dually problem.. Truck starts and runs,,Then the speedometer,Tach jump all over the place...loose cruise control, Engine bangs out hard ,then picks back up and runs.... has died at a red light. restarts no problem... NO codes. Has done it for the dealer....been there twice, once for 2 week...has happened 12-14 times in the last year....Thought it may be a water...wet issue has happened several times after washing the windshield off...thought the wire harness was getting wet...along the hood line.???
On one 150 mile road trip it died and lit back off 8 times with all the above symptoms..... Hopefully some one can shed some light on this.. No chip, Stock except for 4 inch turbo back exhaust... Thanks
